About the Job Pyramedia X is looking for a multi-talented, trend-savvy Reels Content Creator & Social Media Executive who understands how to turn ideas into engaging short-form content and manage thriving digital communities.

This role is a dynamic mix of content creation and social media management. You will be responsible for producing high-performing vertical videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) while also handling the day-to-day management of social media channels for Pyramedia X and our diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from real estate and clinics to restaurants, service businesses, and AI-powered solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation & Production: Create, film, and edit engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, fast pacing, captions, and trending sounds.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) using social media management tools.
• Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions, adapt tone of voice for different clients, and implement effective hashtag strategies.
• Community Management: Actively engage with followers, reply to comments and DMs promptly, and build strong digital communities around our clients' brands.
• Strategy & Ideation: Develop creative content calendars encompassing marketing campaigns, behind-the-scenes content, service promotions, client stories, and AI-related topics.
• Trend Spotting: Research social media trends, viral formats, platform updates, and emerging content styles to keep our accounts ahead of the curve.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor reach, engagement, watch time, and follower growth to generate monthly performance reports and optimize future content strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to seamlessly integrate social media efforts with broader agency campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar hybrid role within a brand, agency, or personal brand.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing corporate social media accounts and understanding platform-specific algorithms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Ability to film, edit, and deliver creative short-form videos independently using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, etc.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for spelling, grammar, and engaging storytelling.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, full-service marketing agency environment.
• Bonus: Bilingual (Arabic/English) proficiency and an interest in marketing automation and AI solutions.
