Video Editor & Social Media Manager (Remote)
We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven
Video Editor & Social Media Manager
to join our growing team remotely.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating engaging short-form content, managing social media platforms, and understanding audience psychology to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
This role requires someone who is passionate about content creation, understands modern digital marketing trends,
and has a basic to intermediate understanding of the Forex Trading industry to effectively align content with the niche.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality and engaging content for:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Promotional and branding content
- Edit videos with professional storytelling, transitions, captions, sound design, hooks, and retention-focused pacing
- Develop AI-powered content using:
- AI video generation tools
- AI voice-over generation
- Automation and content enhancement tools
- Manage and grow social media platforms, primarily:
- YouTube
- Execute content strategies focused on:
- Increasing engagement
- Growing followers/subscribers
- Improving reach and audience retention
- Building strong online presence
- Set up and manage YouTube live streams using OBS Studio, including:
- Scene setup
- Audio/video optimization
- Streaming workflows
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
- Collaborate on content planning, captions, thumbnails, posting schedules, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor analytics and optimize content performance based on insights and engagement metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing and social media management
Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube content ecosystems
Expertise in creating viral and high-retention short-form videos
Experience
with AI-based content creation tools
Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve
- Canva
- Other modern AI editing tools
- Ability to independently manage content workflows and meet deadlines
- Strong creative thinking and marketing sense
- Knowledge of OBS Studio setup and YouTube streaming
- Basic to good understanding of Forex Trading concepts and trading-related content themes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in finance/trading niche content
- Thumbnail design and branding skills
- Scriptwriting for reels and YouTube content
- Understanding of audience psychology and engagement optimization
- Experience growing social media pages organically
