Role Description
We are looking for a creative, energetic and trend-driven Video Editor to join our growing real estate media team.
The ideal candidate understands modern content styles, fast-paced editing, storytelling and social-first video production for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta Ads.
Who we are looking for?
1.
Edit high-quality real estate videos for social media, advertisements, and branding campaigns
2.
Create engaging short-form and long-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
3.
Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design, visual effects, and cinematic color grading
4.
Design supporting graphics, thumbnails, overlays, and branded visual assets
5.
Experience
in editing multi-cam podcasts, property tour & real estate event videos.
6.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, AI tools, and platform algorithms
7.
Deliver projects quickly while maintaining premium quality standards
8.
Organize and manage footage, project files and editing workflows efficiently
What are the requirements?
1. 3 to 4 years of professional video editing experience
2.
Real estate editing experience preferred
3.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CapCut
4.
Knowledge of thumbnail designing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and social media editing styles
5.
Experience
- with AI video tools such as Higgsfield & Elevenlabs
- 6.
- Fast, creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented
- 7.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 8.
- Available to join immediately

- Monthly Salary: AED 4000 per month
