Key Responsibilities

• **Video Assembly & Editing:** Organize, trim, and assemble raw footage into a seamless, cohesive final product.
• **Post-Production:** Apply professional color grading, audio mixing/mastering, and sound design to enhance the overall production value.
• **Visual Storytelling:** Incorporate motion graphics, titles, transitions, and special effects to ensure the narrative is clear and compelling.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with the creative team to understand project briefs, deadlines, and artistic direction.
• **Asset Management:** Manage project files, organize media assets, and maintain efficient workflows for quick delivery and archival.
• **Continuous Improvement:** Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, editing techniques, and software updates to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Requirements

• **Portfolio:** A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating experience in short-form and long-form video content.
• **Advanced Software Proficiency:** Advanced, expert-level mastery of industry-standard post-production suites. Candidates must demonstrate deep technical knowledge in:
• **Editing:** Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (including complex multi-cam workflows and proxy workflows).
• **Motion Graphics/VFX:** Adobe After Effects (compositing, tracking, and advanced keyframing).
• **Color Grading:** Advanced color science and grade management in DaVinci Resolve.
• **Creative Eye:** A keen sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual composition.
• **Attention to Detail:** Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality output across various aspect ratios and delivery formats.
• **Time Management:** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D integration or advanced plugin ecosystems (e.g., Boris FX, Red Giant).

• Degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
