In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content, setting up lighting and audio, and editing footage into compelling visual stories.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, technical expertise with modern camera gear and editing software, and the ability to bring a brand's vision to life across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- **Pre-Production:** Brainstorm creative concepts, assist with scriptwriting, storyboard visual ideas, and plan shoot logistics (locations, props, talent).
- **Production/Shooting:** Operate professional video cameras, adjust framing, and manage on-set lighting and audio recording to ensure high-production value.
- **Post-Production:** Edit raw footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut), perform color grading, mix audio, and insert motion graphics or titles.
- **Asset Management:** Organize, back up, and maintain raw footage, project files, and video equipment.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align video content with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and current social media trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Experience:** 2–5 years of professional experience as a videographer, video editor, or similar role (a strong portfolio/reel is a must).
- **Technical Gear:** Deep understanding of professional cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema lines), lenses, gimbals, lighting setups (three-point lighting), and audio gear (lavaliers, shotgun mics).
- **Software Mastery:** Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to shoot both highly produced long-form videos and quick, engaging short-form content (TikToks, Reels, Shorts).
- **Soft Skills:** Strong time-management skills to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
- Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
