Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Execution

• Edit and produce high-quality video content across mb.io and the broader MultiBank ecosystem
• Develop platform-native content for X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Telegram
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging standards

AI Creative Operations

• Operate and optimize AI-driven video production pipelines, including AI video generation and automation workflows
• Direct AI-generated voiceovers, including character voice, tone, pacing, and multilingual variants
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate production, enhance quality, and enable rapid experimentation

Performance & Optimization

• Execute high-volume creative production with rapid iteration cycles based on performance insights
• Develop and test multiple creative variants to optimize engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate performance feedback loops into content strategy

Campaign Execution

• Contribute to high-profile campaigns, including collaborations with global figures and brand ambassadors
• Support cross-functional marketing initiatives with compelling visual storytelling

Innovation & Scalability

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI video tools, editing techniques, and digital content formats
• Continuously improve workflows and introduce new tools to enhance efficiency and output quality
• Contribute to scaling the creative system and elevating overall team capabilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in video editing, with demonstrated exposure to AI-driven creative tools and workflows
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut , and modern AI platforms including Runway, Midjourney, and similar technologies
• AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI video generation, automation, and voice direction tools
• Creative Judgment: Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition with attention to detail
• Crypto Knowledge: Understanding of crypto/Web3 culture and content consumption trends
• Adaptability: Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-output environment with tight deadlines
• Communication: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across marketing, product, and creative teams

• Demonstrated examples of:
