What You’ll Do

  • Set the direction for our Experiences & Hospitality technology practice across the Americas and Europe, anchored in hotels, casinos, and food and beverage and extending into the wider market Build trusted relationships with client CIOs and CTOs, and grow our largest accounts alongside Client Partners Build, lead, and mentor the practice’s technology team, including its Technology Directors, architects, and engineers, with Applied AI as a core capability Lead pursuits from first workshop to signed deal, shaping the solution with client executives and setting pricing and deal structure Own the health of the practice, including revenue, margin, utilization, capacity, and delivery quality, and manage risk across the portfolio Lead the development of AI-native industry solutions and accelerators, and turn what we learn in client work into reusable assets Be a recognized voice in the industry, through speaking, publishing, and original perspectives on how AI is changing the guest experience and operations What You Bring 12+ years of experience in technology, including technology leadership inside a hotel, casino, restaurant, or food and beverage company, at a service provider to the hospitality industry, or in consulting or professional services Deep knowledge of how hospitality businesses run, from hotel and casino properties to restaurants and quick-service chains, and from the property or restaurant floor to the corporate center Owned a P&L or won and grown large enterprise accounts, with a record of winning complex new business Led large engagements for enterprise clients, including AI-native solutions, digital guest experiences, operational improvements, and upgrades to core systems Built and grown senior technical teams, including across distributed locations Credible with a client CTO on cloud, cybersecurity, and architecture, with the executive presence to present, facilitate, and tell a clear story to senior leaders Benefits for this position will likely include the following Unlimited paid time off Healthcare benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits Disability insurance Life insurance benefits Retirement benefits, including 401(k) and a potential company match.
