Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Architect to design and deliver scalable AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers.
The role combines AI architecture, solution consulting and hands-on engineering .
You will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, define solution architecture and guide the development of production-ready AI solutions.
Depending on the project, the role may focus on GenAI, LLM/RAG, Agentic AI, AI/ML, AI platforms or AI integrations .

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews and customer workshops. Design end-to-end architectures for AI, GenAI, LLM and Agentic AI solutions . Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and production-ready AI solutions. Work with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents and prompt engineering . Evaluate AI models, frameworks and cloud platforms based on business and technical requirements. Build PoCs and hands-on prototypes to validate AI solution approaches. Guide engineering teams in implementing and productionizing AI solutions. Design integrations between AI solutions and enterprise applications, APIs and data platforms. Define approaches for AI evaluation, testing, guardrails, security and responsible AI . Collaborate with cloud, data, engineering and DevOps teams on deployment and productionization. Mentor engineers and contribute to reusable AI architecture patterns , accelerators and best practices.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI/ML or related technology roles. 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML, Generative AI or LLM-based solutions . Strong experience with Python and/or modern programming languages. Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings and AI APIs . Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices and enterprise integrations . Good understanding of AI security, evaluation, testing and responsible AI. Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience with Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems . Experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or similar frameworks. Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS or GCP . Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI. Experience with vector databases and enterprise search. Experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Search or similar data/AI platforms.
