Candidate profile
- Senior experience in project development, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate is required.
- Strong exposure to feasibility studies, investment cases, and stakeholder management is essential.
- Experience on Saudi mega- or giga-projects is highly advantageous.
- The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic thinking, commercial rigour, and government-facing credibility.
