Overview
We are seeking a holistic marketing leader to drive strategy, growth, and brand across a high-growth tech company.
This is a rare opportunity to own the full marketing function, including demand generation, product marketing, brand, communications, and team leadership, during a pivotal scale-up phase.
Key responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple products and market segments.
- Growth & Demand Generation: Build and scale a predictable pipeline engine, optimize digital acquisition, and partner with Sales to meet revenue targets.
- Brand & Communications: Establish the company as a market leader, lead PR, external communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Product Marketing & Expansion: Drive positioning, go-to-market, and adoption strategies for multi-product offerings; support market expansion across EMEA.
- Team Leadership & Operations: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team. Implement analytics, reporting, and marketing tech to enable data-driven decisions.
