Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Venue Manager** to oversee the overall operations of our padel and sports facility.
This role requires a strong leader who can manage **sports programs, front desk operations, team performance, and customer experience**, while ensuring the venue runs efficiently and delivers world-class service.
Key Responsibilities: Venue & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the sports facility
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer experience
- Manage facility schedules, bookings, and event coordination
- Ensure all customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and bookings) are handled efficiently
Sports Program Oversight
- Supervise and support the delivery of padel training programs
- Plan and organize:
- Internal tournaments
- External league competitions
- Sports and fitness events
- Drive new initiatives to increase participation and attract high-potential athletes
- Ensure inclusive and diverse participation across all programs
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage the front desk and administrative team
- Prepare staff rosters and ensure full coverage at all times
- Approve leaves and arrange replacements when required
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Coordinate with:
- Sports academies
- Vendors and suppliers
- Tournament organizers
- Sponsors
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirementsexperience
- Minimum **7 years of experience** in venue, sports facility, or operations management
- Background in **padel coaching or playing** is highly preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Sports Management** or a related field
- **Certified Padel Coach** is an advantage
