Support Day 0 training and Day 1 onboarding formalities
Validate new joiners’ documents and manage attendance reporting
Coordinate with WFS, PxT, HR, and payroll teams
Manage NCNS cases, attrition tracking, and associate queries
Handle shift changes, schedule updates, and OT communication
Support exit formalities and badge/asset collection
Act as the main point of contact between associates and client operations
