- Intensive cooperation with international Sales Managers
- Communication with our global sales partners
- Preparation and creation of quotations and price calculations
- Independent processing of projects and international tenders
- Coordination of internal and customer-related processes with other departments
- Maintaining customer information in the CRM and ERP systems
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects
- Preparation of contract documents
- Assist in organizing the regional office and trainings
- assist company license renewals and official documentation with free zone authorities
- Liaise with government departments (Immigration, Labor, Free Zone Authorities)
- Submit and track applications through online Saif zone portals
- assist document attestation, notarization, and company-related approvals, permits, and legal paperwork
- Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures
- Coordinate with customs authorities and free zone logistics departments
- Prepare and submit documents such as invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and certificates of origin
- Manage duty exemptions (for free zone companies) and approvals
