Role overview

Team and fleet operations

• Supervise, train, and coach logistics officers, maintenance personnel, and support staff; monitor performance and task execution.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance procedures, requests, schedules, records, costs, spare parts, repair history, and reports.
• Monitor registration, insurance, licenses, and other regulatory requirements; coordinate with authorities and insurance providers.
• Monitor trips, delivery documentation, logistics activity, and operational performance; investigate issues and recommend corrective action.
• Review processes, implement operational controls, support quality improvements, and maintain complete documentation.
• Prepare fleet and maintenance reports, monitor logistics metrics, and recommend improvements to management.

Qualifications and requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in logistics, fleet management, transportation, or maintenance supervision; FMCG distribution experience preferred.
• Strong vehicle maintenance and fleet administration knowledge, supervisory skills, and analytical problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
