Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure ease of withdrawal and receipt from inventory based on the nature of withdrawal type and adhere to the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
• Continuously plan and monitor warehouse activities, including sending daily and periodic reports, and maintain proficiency in using computer systems.
• Secure the storage area by accurately recording items on item cards and their respective systems, ensuring related information and item locations are organized for easy access.
• Conduct all receiving operations, verify item specifications, quantities, and types against purchase orders, and record them within inventory balances.
• Communicate with the financial manager and procurement department regarding stock status and discrepancies.
• Work closely with the financial department to ensure the correct quantities of received goods are entered into the company's inventory program.
• Ensure all received items have appropriate packaging labels indicating production date, shelf life, expiry date, item name, and quantity.
• Review the shelf life monthly and inform warehouse management when the shelf life reaches one-quarter of the specified period.
• Ensure continuous application of safety and security measures in the warehouse.
• Ensure goods are delivered to clients in excellent condition after thorough verification of quantity and product safety.
• Notify the inventory manager of product shortages in the warehouse to ensure timely replenishment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or diploma in accounting or related field
• At least two years of experience in warehouses
• Preferably with accounting experience
• Previous experience with electronic accounting programs
• Computer skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written

Compensation

• Salary: ﷼2,500.00 per month
