Job Summary:

Domus Flowers LLC is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Van Sales Executive to join our growing flower wholesale business. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market experience in van sales, preferably within FMCG, supermarkets, or fresh products such as flowers, fruits, and vegetables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and develop relationships by visiting potential clients, providing samples, and preparing quotations with the objective of converting them into loyal customers.
• Manage existing accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat sales and long-term loyalty.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits, understanding customer needs, and identifying new opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities with current and new clients through networking, cold calling, and market visits.
• Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned territory in line with agreed sales targets.
• Conduct van sales operations, supplying fresh flowers to supermarkets, florists, and retail outlets.
• Ensure proper product handling, display, and freshness at customer locations.
• Confirm Statements of Accounts with customers on a quarterly basis.
• Review daily activities with the line manager, including sales performance, pipeline status, market coverage, statement of accounts, and competitor activities**.**

Qualification & Skills:

• Proven UAE van sales experience in supermarkets, FMCG, or fresh products (flowers/fruits & vegetables) is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving license (manual preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE retail market, flowers, and supermarket chains.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
