Vaccination Program Development

• Develop and recommend vaccination strategies, frameworks, and implementation plans aligned with project and public health objectives.
• Support the design and execution of immunization campaigns and vaccination initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve vaccination coverage and program effectiveness.
• Advisory and Compliance
• Provide expert advice on vaccination policies, guidelines, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health regulations, government requirements, and international vaccination standards.
• Support project teams in interpreting and implementing immunization-related regulations.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, public health agencies, government authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination between healthcare organizations and project teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Represent the organization as the vaccination subject matter expert during meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor vaccination coverage, uptake rates, and program performance indicators.
• Analyze immunization data and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement.

Public Health Awareness

• Support the development of public health education and awareness initiatives related to vaccination and immunization.
• Contribute to communication strategies aimed at improving public engagement and vaccine confidence.
• Provide technical input for awareness campaigns, training materials, and educational content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Epidemiology, Healthcare Administration, Immunology, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or relevant specialization is preferred.
• Medical Doctor (MD) qualification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in public health, immunization programs, vaccination initiatives, or related healthcare fields.
• Experience working with government entities, healthcare organizations, or large-scale public health projects.
• GCC or regional project experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in vaccination program planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Knowledge and Skills
• Strong understanding of vaccination programs, immunization practices, and public health frameworks.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and vaccination policies.
• Ability to analyze health and immunization data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong report writing, presentation, and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and government stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

• Public Health certifications or professional credentials related to immunization, epidemiology, or healthcare management.
• Relevant certifications from recognized public health or healthcare organizations are an advantage.
