User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Growth and lifecycle campaigns

• Improve new-user onboarding, activation, and first-time transaction conversion through product iterations, personalized campaigns, and targeted engagement.
• Build lifecycle management and segmentation systems to improve engagement and repeat purchase using membership programs, points, gamification, and cross-selling.
• Design and optimize referral and viral-growth mechanisms to drive organic growth.
• Lead A/B testing and segmentation to refine operations and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate across teams to execute lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Apply data analysis to uncover business insights, identify problems, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Stay informed about business-unit products, features, user preferences, and pain points.

Experience and skills

• Demonstrated successful user growth and significant results in retention, conversion, and repeat purchase.
• More than 5 years of internet industry experience, including more than 3 years in senior user growth roles in transaction-based sectors such as e-commerce or fintech.
• Experience independently leading growth projects, operations, or campaigns using systematic frameworks and methodology.
• In-depth knowledge of A/B testing, funnel analysis, customized strategies, marketing automation, and data-driven user operations.
• Able to establish and improve data monitoring and analysis systems, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Familiarity with business-unit products and understanding user preferences and pain points.
• English and Arabic fluency required for coordination with MENA-region partners and stakeholders.
