Role overview

Work arrangement

• The role is fully on-site at Jumeirah Business Centre 1, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE.
• Daily hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Dubai time, Monday to Friday.
• Participants are responsible for routine commuting, meals, and accommodation; approved training tools are provided.
• Reimbursable business expenses require written approval before the cost is incurred.

Programme duration

• The initial supervised stage lasts three days before the school pathway.
• The internship phase lasts eight calendar weeks.
• The initial stage and internship are unpaid, with an AED 0 stipend.

Learning and work

• Check voice and text responses against approved sources and user permissions; organize knowledge documents, references, versions, and access scopes.
• Test missing, outdated, or conflicting information; record unsupported answers and reproduce interaction defects with clear test steps.
• Write requirements and acceptance criteria, maintain issue lists and verification checklists, and create repeatable product handovers.
• A practical task may involve reviewing a fictional conversation, tracing issues to source rules, suggesting safe corrections, and separating observations from suspected causes.

Entry expectations

• Be able to compare answers with sources, identify unsupported claims, explain defects with clear steps, and write clear English notes.
• Be able to organize documents, understand how permissions affect answers, and report incomplete results or limitations.
• Quality assurance, knowledge management, product operations, technical support, relevant projects, APIs, databases, retrieval systems, and issue trackers are useful experience or knowledge, not mandatory.
• Senior software development skills are not required.

Progress and completion

• The first three supervised days involve checking a small conversation, reproducing a defect, and improving a test note based on feedback.
• School-pathway evidence should include a versioned knowledge pack, role and branch test cases, reproducible issue reports, and a checklist another trained person can use.
• Progress is assessed on delivery, quality, product and rule understanding, reliability, and communication.
• A school completion certificate may be issued after the eight-week school, required work and evidence, a score of at least 7.5/10, and written human sign-off.
• The proposed certificate is issued by Elchai World FZCO under the Elchai Group brand and is not academic or government accreditation.

Product and governance context

Assessment process

• AI may be used in interviews and assessments; HR will explain AI use and any recording before a session.
• Final admission, progression, and employment decisions are made through human review.
