Role Overview
This 12-month Environmental Reporting & Data Management co-op supports reporting, data tracking, analysis, and process improvement in Environmental Services.
The role supports reporting tools, document management systems, performance metrics, and continuous improvement projects.
Key Duties
- Track, consolidate, and validate reporting data.
- Support internal, regulatory, and stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Maintain and enhance BI and project reporting dashboards.
- Organize, clean up, and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries.
- Develop and document reporting processes and procedures.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support document management, records management, and reporting initiatives.
Selection Criteria
- Be in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 4-year Business or IT Management program.
- Be proficient in scripting and debugging.
- Have strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrate strong communication, planning, organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Have knowledge of IT and business administration.
- Be able to function as a team member and agent of change.
- Power BI or analytics tools experience is an asset.
Student Eligibility
- Applicants must be enrolled in post-secondary studies and return to full-time studies after the work term, unless the work term is required for graduation.
Compensation
- Hiring salary range is $2,136.59-$3,301.53 per bi-weekly period.
Term
- The Toronto position is temporary for 12 months.
