Hiring salary range
- Hiring salary range is CAD 3,610.06 to CAD 4,125.80 bi-weekly.
Core work
- Collect and analyze data for service-level agreements, KPIs, and Distribution work programs.
- Develop reporting with stakeholders using BI and tools including Excel, Access, SharePoint, and SAP.
- Prepare reports and respond to internal and external information requests.
- Conduct forecasting and analytical studies to assess work-program execution.
- Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, performance metrics, and business-planning reports.
- Analyze operational, financial, and productivity data to assess efficiency and track savings.
- Support performance discussions, problem solving, issue resolution, and organizational assessment.
- Advise on agreements, contracts, and processes and assist with compliance audits.
- Prepare communications and presentations for varied audiences.
Selection criteria
- Knowledge of computer information systems and business administration for analysis and reporting.
- Strong, demonstrated Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, BI/BW, or equivalent systems.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Experience managing multiple tasks under stringent deadlines and monitoring organizational performance.
- Knowledge of service-level agreements or contracts and analytical techniques.
- Experience working with a wide range of people and independently.
- Four years of university training is the stated normal educational preparation; listed business, commerce, finance, statistics, or economics degrees are assets.
- Over four and up to six years is considered necessary to gain the experience.
