Dibber UAE is looking for an experienced and passionate Unit Manager to lead one of our nursery settings!

Role Responsibilities
- Lead the overall daily operations of the nursery
- Ensure high standards of education, wellbeing, health, and safety
- Support, guide, and develop the nursery team
- Build strong relationships with parents, families, and the wider community
- Maintain compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and company standards
- Drive enrolment, parent satisfaction, and operational excellence
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and nurturing culture within the nursery
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CACHE Level 5 or relevant leadership qualification is an advantage
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and UAE regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for early childhood education and team development
- Ability to lead with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
- Strong operational and parent relationship management skills
