Overview
The Multi-Unit Manager is a field-based role responsible for overseeing 5–7 branches and managing the Outlet In-Charges (OICs) at each location.
The role ensures every branch is clean, well-run, properly staffed, and operating to brand standards.
This is a hands-on, ground-level role focused on observing, auditing, coaching OICs and their teams, and reporting back to the Operations Manager — not running the area P&L.
The successful candidate will spend nearly all their time in the field, moving between locations, checking in with OICs and branch staff, spotting issues before they become problems, and feeding information back to the Operations Manager.
The goal is consistency: every branch should look, feel, and run the same way, every day.
Required
- 3+ years of experience in QSR, café, or forecourt F&B operations, including supervisory or assistant manager experience.
- Strong working knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and standard operating procedures.
- Sharp eye for detail — able to spot problems others miss.
- Comfortable giving direct, respectful feedback to staff in the moment.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage a daily route across multiple sites independently.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own personal vehicle (fuel provided by company); clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Food safety certification (e.g., PIC, ServSafe) or ability to obtain within 60 days.
