- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Hands‑on experience designing Open Banking / Open Finance or API‑driven platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows, data‑heavy dashboards, and consent‑based journeys.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
