Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy predictive machine learning models.
• Build and manage scalable ML pipelines and MLOps workflows.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments.
• Work on Generative AI solutions, including NLP and LLM-based integrations.
• Implement real-time inference systems and model serving architectures.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams for data preparation and feature engineering.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Maintain documentation and follow ML best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience in predictive modeling and feature engineering.
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of model deployment, monitoring, and productionization.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with real-time inference systems and scalable AI architectures.
• Exposure to NLP applications and AI model integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
