Technology Delivery Manager – Core Banking / GTB

Overview

Job Purpose

Delivery & Execution

• Manage end-to-end delivery of GTB integrations aligned with Flexcube 14.8 program milestones.
• Drive SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Ensure stable production releases with minimal or no business disruption.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution with business and technology teams.

Project & Program Management

• Deliver projects within approved scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Core Banking, QA, Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, release management, and deployment governance frameworks.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the single point of contact for GTB delivery across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams.
• Drive vendor delivery performance against agreed timelines and quality metrics.
• Provide delivery status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior management.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to audit, regulatory, architecture, security, and change governance requirements.
• Support production cutover planning, stabilization, and incident management during hypercare phase.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Banking Technology / Core Banking implementations.
• Strong experience in Oracle Flexcube implementations/upgrades.
• Experience working on GTB / Corporate Banking platforms and integrations.
• Hands-on experience managing API and integration delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing, and deployment processes.
• Experience managing large-scale banking transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with cross-border/global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OBP, OBLM, OBVAM platforms.
• PMI / PMP certification.
• Agile / Scrum certification.
• UAE/GCC banking project experience preferred.
