UI/UX Designer / Product Designer role seeking 3–5 years of professional experience.
Design intuitive, user-friendly, visually polished digital experiences in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications; translate requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Create interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations; conduct research, usability testing, and design validation when required.
- Develop reusable UI components and contribute to design systems; work on information architecture, navigation, interaction patterns, and responsive layouts.
- Prepare design specifications and developer handoffs; review implementation to maintain visual and functional consistency.
- Apply WCAG accessibility and usability principles; iterate based on feedback and testing while maintaining consistency across product experiences.
- Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Required skills and experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS and understanding of frontend development constraints.
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction, and visual design; experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design, information architecture, usability, design systems, reusable components, and WCAG accessibility.
- Understanding of typography, spacing, grids, layout, and visual hierarchy; ability to communicate and present design decisions.
- Good communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple tasks, meet timelines, work independently, collaborate, and iterate on feedback.
Preferred skills and domains
- Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, or Lottie/JSON experience is a plus.
- Enterprise SaaS, B2B, fintech, AI/GenAI, dashboards, or data-heavy application experience is advantageous.
- Motion design, micro-interactions, data visualization, Agile/Lean UX, and basic frontend workflow knowledge are advantageous.
