Responsibilities
- Implement and support Avaya Aura solutions and Cisco unified communications.
- Support project implementation and support phases, including applying change requests.
- Work with clients to resolve complex technical issues.
Must-haves
- Experience with unified communications and call-center systems.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols and technologies including SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and WAN.
- Technical certification from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, or a similar provider.
- Problem-solving ability and clear communication of technical concepts.
Preferred experience
- Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
