UAM Everfox Tool Engineer

Responsibilities
- Supports the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
- Supports UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise.
- Ensures all coverage gaps are resolved. Helps the ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM-specific updates.
- Supports all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline.
- Supports training directed by the customer to stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and ensures a certification program is in place for personnel development.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Top Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Prior leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
- Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
- Experience with Everfox or other similar User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
- Ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management.
- Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
- Experience with Everfox or other similar High Speed Guard Platforms.

- M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. - Salary Range
- $60,000 — $180,000 USD
