The employer is hiring a Travel & Visa Consultant with at least two years of similar experience within Dubai.
The role covers air ticketing, UAE visa processing, tours, travel services, sales, operations, and client coordination.
Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international bookings for air travel, hotels, ground transportation, visas, and insurance.
- Manage UAE tourist visa applications and documentation.
- Provide fare options, itineraries, and travel-related advice.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and approval processes.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and reissuances while minimizing costs.
- Provide urgent travel support when required.
- Provide customer service and support to clients.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and travel partners.
- Sell outbound tours and USA, UK, and Schengen visa services.
- Drive sales and operations, achieve targets, and coordinate with clients, agents, corporates, and suppliers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least two years of relevant experience in the Dubai travel and tourism industry.
- At least two years of UAE visa and ticketing experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE travel regulations and visa processes.
- At least one year of experience selling outbound tours and USA, UK, or Schengen visas.
- Strong sales, customer service, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hindi is required; English is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month plus commission.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at the employer's Dubai office.
