The Visa Consultant helps clients understand UAE visit visa options and guides them through the application process.
The role is based at the employer's Dubai office.
Responsibilities
- Answer client enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Explain visa services, requirements, and timelines clearly.
- Collect, check, and organize client documents.
- Follow up with clients on application progress.
- Keep client records accurate and up to date.
- Meet monthly service and sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE visit visa sales experience is required.
- Good spoken and written English and strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Comfort appearing on camera for company social media content is required.
- Candidates should be organized and have good follow-up habits.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email, are required.
- Visa, travel, or customer service/sales experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- The posting states a monthly salary of AED 2,500–4,000 plus performance incentives.
Workplace
- The role is at the Dubai office and is in person.
