UAE National Digital Merchandising Assistant

Support the daily maintenance and merchandising of products across Ounass digital platforms.

Assist with product uploads, launches and updates, ensuring information is accurate and completed on time.

Review product descriptions, attributes, pricing and imagery for accuracy and consistency.

Help ensure products are categorised correctly and easy for customers to find through navigation and search.

Support the implementation of homepage, category page and promotional content updates.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather product information, images and other content required for online listings.

Monitor product availability and flag out-of-stock items, listing errors or other issues to the relevant teams.

Assist with setting up online campaigns, promotions and seasonal edits in line with agreed plans.

Help check digital content across devices and platforms to ensure it displays correctly and meets brand guidelines.

Support regular website checks and resolve or escalate merchandising issues promptly.

Assist with reviewing sales, product and customer engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.

Maintain accurate trackers, product records and documentation.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across merchandising, trading, content, marketing and operations.

Follow company processes and digital content standards, adapting to changing priorities as needed.

Previous experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, retail or a related role is preferred.

A strong interest in e-commerce, online customer experiences and luxury retail.

Good attention to detail when managing product information, content and data.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Comfortable using digital platforms and systems, with the willingness to learn new tools.

Basic understanding of online product listings, website navigation or content management is an advantage.

Good written communication skills and the ability to review information clearly and accurately.

Basic numeracy and confidence working with spreadsheets and product data.

A collaborative and proactive approach, with confidence communicating across teams.

Ability to prioritise work, respond positively to feedback and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
