Personal Shopping Assistant - Maison

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-store Personal Shopping appointments and coordinate rooms, product transfers, and catering.
• Handle store enquiries and support Personal Shoppers during appointments.
• Communicate with clients and manage service requests, escalations, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Maintain client records and coordinate alterations, transfers, reservations, gifting, and product sourcing.
• Maintain visual merchandising and share accurate brand and product stories with clients.
• Support stock handling, supplies, stock counts, and warehouse returns; coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and Logistics.
• Follow relevant safety, trading, cash-handling, anti-money-laundering, food-safety, and internal-control requirements.
• Host clients and guests, maintain stakeholder relationships, attend seasonal training, and provide cover for an assigned Personal Shopper.

What the role requires

• Bachelor’s degree; Fashion or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, or a client-facing sales role.
• Understanding of luxury retail, fashion practices, customer expectations, and appointment-based Personal Shopping.
• Strong knowledge of current luxury fashion trends, designers, and brands, particularly womenswear.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
