Purpose of the role
The Corporate Development Manager role, based in Dubai, is accountable for generating revenue by actively promoting and selling all lines of insurance.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, providing regular updates to the Head of Distribution.
- Support the renewal of existing business.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with target achievement and conversion ratios.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with client relationship and back-office teams to deliver solutions to prospects and clients.

Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of and relationship with SME and mid-market insurers in UAE
- Knowledge of available insurance products and post-sales support
- Valid driving license
- Bachelor’s degree (Insurance certifications from CII and LOMA are an advantage)
