The Team Leader oversees warehousing and storekeeping, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts.
The role leads a team, maintains safety, investigates customer claims, reports discrepancies, and supports smooth inbound, outbound, and internal operations.
What you will do
- Receive, identify, handle, store, issue, and deliver parts in a computerized system.
- Achieve warehouse KPI targets and guide team members in their tasks.
- Process and dispatch orders by cutoff times.
- Conduct daily meetings about warehouse issues.
- Identify bins needing replenishment and update the system.
- Report quality or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
- Investigate customer claims and submit analysis reports.
- Maintain equipment and facilities for a safe workplace.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
Qualifications
- Secondary school graduate in any discipline.
- One to three years of similar experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures.
