Position details

Training and certification work

• Conduct and execute training for QHSE and BCMS; EnMS and AMS are also listed as training areas.
• Develop training materials and evaluations as required.
• Conduct audits and complete certification activities, including opening and closing, report submission, and technical-center approval.

Client and audit management

• Coordinate with clients and manage key client and organizational relationships.
• Manage client expectations during and after audits; provide updates on audit plans, nonconformities, and report completion.
• Manage technical queries and complete reports to technical requirements.
• Conduct audits impartially, without conflicts of interest, and in accordance with accreditation requirements.
• Track, manage, and communicate audit plans and schedules.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience planning, executing, and completing IMS/QHSE/BCMS audits for marine, oil, and gas clients.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of management systems, ISO High Level Structure, ISO standards, ISO 17021, IRCA, IAF, and accreditation requirements.
• Knowledge of NACE codes and technical classification of industries.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Office 365, Word, Excel, and planning and scheduling software.

Standards and training

• Training areas include QHSE, BCMS, and, as preferred areas, EnMS and AMS.
• Listed standards include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015/2026, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22301:2019.
• Training topics include client handling and customer service.

HSE and field requirements

• Complete field- and travel-related HSE requirements and regular technical and HSE standard training.
• Comply with HSE requirements and participate in OHSE awareness training and at least one IMS audit observation.
