Role Description
The Treasury Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home.
The role involves managing daily cash positions, monitoring liquidity, and ensuring sufficient funding for operational and strategic needs.
The Treasury Manager will oversee bank relationships, support cash flow forecasting, and execute approved investment and financing activities within established risk parameters.
The role includes preparing treasury reports, supporting compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations, and recommending process improvements.
The Treasury Manager will collaborate with finance, accounting, and other stakeholders to optimize treasury operations and support strategic financial decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
- Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting within a corporate or financial institution setting.
- Ability to manage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and understand banking products and services.
- Familiarity with risk management principles, including interest rate, currency, and credit risk considerations.
- Proficiency with treasury management systems, ERP tools, and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA, ACCA) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Prior experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
