Role Description
The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of digital products and services offered through UAE Jobs 2026, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features, coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and tracking product performance against measurable goals.
The role involves conducting user research and market analysis, writing clear specifications, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of enhancements.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and backlog prioritization.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience with user research, customer feedback gathering, and translating insights into product features.
- Familiarity with agile or lean product development methodologies.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time and tasks independently and on-site in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous experience in marketplace, HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS products is a plus.
