Role Description
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives designed to support job placement and career development across UAE Jobs 2026.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a blend of on-site work and remote tasks from home.
Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program objectives, developing timelines and work plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing relationships with partners, employers, and stakeholders.
The Program Manager will track progress against key performance indicators, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
The role also involves identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, optimizing processes, and providing clear communication to leadership on status and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in program or project management, including planning, coordination, and execution of multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a part-time schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to monitor performance, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Familiarity with workforce development, recruitment, or talent management programs in the UAE or similar markets is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, combining on-site work in Dubai with remote tasks, and using digital tools for collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
