Role Overview
We are recruiting for a skilled Corporate Treasury Manager to oversee and optimize our company's financial activities related to liquidity, risk management, and capital structure across multiple legal entities within a group structure (parent and subsidiaries).
The role centralizes financial flows to optimize working capital, reduce external borrowing, and minimize foreign exchange (FX) exposure.
Key Responsibilities
As a Treasury Manager, you will ensure effective external funding structure, proper cash flow management, develop strategies for funding and investment, and mitigate financial risks to support the company's growth and stability.
Key responsibilities

- Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
- Intercompany loans and internal funding structures
- Cash pooling and intercompany netting
- Centralized FX management and hedging
- Banking relationships and credit facilities
- Working capital optimization across group entities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA, CPA) are preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or banking.
- Understanding of financial markets, instruments, and treasury management systems.
- Experience with UAE and international banks required.
- Proven experience managing multicurrency environments, complex funding structures, and global liquidity.
- Language requirement - Fluent in Russian
