Job Overview
Pride Facilities LLC is seeking a highly organized and analytical **Treasury Manager** to oversee treasury operations, liquidity planning, and financial risk management activities.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with expertise in cash management, banking operations, and strategic financial planning.
The Treasury Manager will ensure effective management of cash flow, financial resources, and treasury controls that support organizational stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury activities.
- Monitor banking operations, financial transactions, and investment activities.
- Develop and implement treasury strategies and financial controls.
- Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial risks and support risk mitigation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and treasury policies.
- Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Support budgeting and strategic financial planning initiatives.
- Improve treasury systems, reporting, and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in treasury management or corporate finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CTP are an advantage.
