Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to oversee and enhance our financial operations. This role will play a critical part in managing liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and supporting the company’s continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity planning
- Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts
- Oversee banking relationships, facilities, and transactions
- Monitor and manage financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposure
- Implement and maintain treasury policies, controls, and procedures
- Support funding requirements, including loans, guarantees, and credit lines
- Prepare treasury reports and provide insights to senior management
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on budgeting and financial strategy
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
