Job Overview
The Kratom Park is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Treasury Manager** to oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, and financial risk strategies.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with expertise in liquidity management, banking relationships, and financial planning.
The Treasury Manager will play a key role in ensuring financial stability, optimizing cash management processes, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
- Monitor banking activities, financial transactions, and investment activities.
- Develop strategies to optimize cash management and financial efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Improve treasury systems, controls, and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in treasury management or corporate finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CTP are a plus.
