Tax Treasury Manager

About This Role

I’m working with a well-established and fast-growing F&B group looking to hire a Treasury & Tax Manager to join their UAE-based finance team.

This is a high-impact role within a lean environment, offering full ownership across treasury, funding, tax, and financial risk. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders, playing a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own cash flow management, including 13-week rolling forecasts and variance analysis
• Manage banking relationships, facilities, and funding requirements
• Monitor covenants, drawdowns, and facility utilisation
• Oversee FX exposure, hedging, and financial risk reporting
• Lead VAT compliance, filings, and FTA interaction
• Support corporate tax readiness and implementation
• Manage insurance portfolio and risk coverage
• Drive regulatory and finance-related projects (e.g. e-invoicing)

What They’re Looking For

• 6–10 years’ experience in Treasury and/or Tax within the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong exposure to banking, debt facilities, and cash forecasting
• Hands-on VAT experience (FTA interaction essential)
• Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax framework
• Background in F&B, FMCG, trading, or manufacturing is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and strong commercial mindset
