Salary: Starting from AED 3,250 per month + commission (as per management policy)

Job Overview:
Global Web Marketing is seeking experienced and dynamic Travel and Tourism Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in handling international travel bookings, delivering excellent customer service, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a travel agency or similar role
• Strong knowledge of international travel bookings and itineraries
• Proficient in flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel packages
• Familiarity with travel booking systems (e.g., GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Handle international flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements
• Assist clients with travel enquiries, itinerary planning, and professional advice
• Coordinate bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers
• Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and record-keeping
• Provide support to clients before, during, and after travel
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends
