Salary: AED 3,250 per month

Job Description:
Global Bus Rental is looking for a Travel Agent with at least 2 years of experience to support daily travel operations and assist clients with their travel needs. The candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple bookings efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a travel agency or similar role
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements
• Basic knowledge of travel documentation and booking systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Handle flight, hotel, and travel bookings for clients
• Assist customers with enquiries, itineraries, and travel advice
• Coordinate reservations, ticket issuance, and confirmations
• Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
• Maintain accurate records, invoices, and travel documents
• Provide customer support before, during, and after travel
