Job Description
Global Bus Rental is looking for a **Travel Agent** with at least **2 years of experience** to support daily travel operations and assist clients with their travel needs.
The candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years experience** in a travel agency or similar role
- Good communication skills in **English**
- Experience in flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements
- Basic knowledge of travel documentation and booking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Handle flight, hotel, and travel bookings for clients
- Assist customers with enquiries, itineraries, and travel advice
- Coordinate reservations, ticket issuance, and confirmations
- Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
- Maintain accurate records, invoices, and travel documents
- Provide customer support before, during, and after travel
**Job Type:** Full-time
