About the opportunity

The Wa’ed Program offers Saudi talent at the beginning of their careers an opportunity to join FlyAkeed as a Travel Ambassador.

This is an entry-level employment opportunity for candidates interested in travel, customer service, and corporate travel.

The role provides on-the-job exposure and development in travel booking, corporate travel management, customer service, and VVIP traveler support.

Key responsibilities

Create and manage itineraries based on traveler preferences, company policies, and budgets.
Assist with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services; learn GDS systems and booking tools.
Provide personalized service to corporate and VVIP travelers and handle assigned customer requests.
Communicate professionally and promptly through phone, email, and other channels.
Monitor booking accuracy and policy compliance; assist with changes, cancellations, delays, and other travel issues.
Anticipate customer needs, recommend travel solutions, and coordinate with travel service providers.
Maintain accurate booking, transaction, and customer communication records and protect confidential information.
Represent FlyAkeed professionally and stay informed about destinations, travel requirements, regulations, and industry trends.
Collaborate with teammates and continue developing travel, customer service, and travel management knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Entry-level position for candidates beginning their careers, with at least one year of relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
Valid IELTS certificate meeting the required program score and good written and spoken English.
Strong interest in travel, tourism, and customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact professionally with VVIP and corporate travelers and remain calm in urgent or unexpected situations.
Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to learn GDS systems, online booking tools, and travel platforms; good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and collaboratively, with professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and customer focus.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is an advantage.
