About the Role

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR documents, employment letters, contracts, and employee-related documentation.
• Track attendance, leave, and employee information; organize employee files.
• Coordinate employee requests and respond to general HR inquiries.
• Support HR policy, procedure, and process implementation and improvement.
• Prepare HR reports and track employee-related data.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR operations and human resources management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organization and attention to detail.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment; proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous HR or administration internship experience is a plus.
