Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Create itineraries and assist with flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel bookings.
• Use travel booking platforms and learn GDS and industry tools.
• Support corporate and VVIP travelers with requests, changes, cancellations, delays, and travel-related issues.
• Monitor booking accuracy and compliance with policies; coordinate with travel providers.
• Maintain accurate records and protect customer information.
• Represent FlyAkeed professionally, keep informed about travel requirements and trends, and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Valid IELTS certificate meeting the program score and good written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in travel, tourism, and customer service; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional interaction with VVIP and corporate travelers and composure in urgent situations.
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ability to work independently and with a team.
• Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and customer focus.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations is an advantage.
